Great job again Turbo Tax

I have been using Turbo tax for several years, and have very happy with the product. My only area for improvement, is to give better explanations and examples.
What's great about it: Easy to use, and answers all your questions
What's not so great: Some topics should give more details on explanations

Turbo Tax works awesome... You can't go wrong with this software.

printing options are terrible. You have to go several steps just to print much less save the document...Needs review.....

I processed the Federal return without any problems. I started the state and after checking for updates and stating that the state was updated, the progran did not process the State return. This should have been free since I bought the Deluxe program. I called and received wonderful help and now I am a happy customer again.
What's great about it: Detailed

Continues to be a great resource

Turbo Tax is, and has been, a great resource for filing both my Federal and State tax returns for more than a decade. I will continue to use this product as long as I file taxes. Thanks to Intuit for developing this product.
What's great about it: In-depth, concise and very accurate
What's not so great: too many ads while working through the document

Excellent as usual

Every year I completely trust TurboTax to make filing an easy task. I love the way the it carries over information from previous filings and validates the data when finished. The speed of electronic filing makes the wait for my return as quick as lightning. Just an enjoyable experience.

First Time Disappointment

Overall, my experience was good. I really hope that the state form issue is resolved next year. I've never had a problem in the past,
What's great about it: The Federal form was quick and easy.
What's not so great: The program would not let me access my state form and I had to call for support.
