Turbo Tax prompts you for answers all along the way. If you have a question in mind, sooner or later it will come up.
You have a running total on top so you can see how everything is adding up.
Turbo Tax asks questions to make you think of additions and deductions that you may have missed or forgotten. Nothing during your filing journey is overlooked.

Straight forward and hand holding

TurboTax is logical and intuitive. Almost like having your own CPA in the room with you. Saves time by importing data from previous year return. Best part, I always coming away with a better understanding my tax situationand then can do meaningful planning for the year ahead.

Everything needed

Easy to use had a hang up where I tried a deduction that I was unable to have but after searching the help area it gave a quick and easy fix. I have used Turbo Tax for the last 5 years and will continue to use it.
What's great about it: easy to use and covers deductions well - great help feature
What's not so great: hard to delete forms no instruction on forms but.... help

Speed up printing

The choices of printing the federal filed returns and the returns with work sheets is good. If you could allow your client the ability of deselecting the forms they do not want/need to print. Also do not print forms that have no data on them.
What's great about it: list of forms for filing
What's not so great: Allow choice of not printing forms on list

Easy to follow and comprehensive software to ensure maximum deductions and return.
What's great about it: comprehensive deductions review
What's not so great: none
Pros: I moved, I had a baby, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
