Easy, but takes time

The process took time, but was easy. At times it was hard to go back to find something I had seen before. For the most part it went well.
What's great about it: I could do mostly myself.
What's not so great: I sold and bought a home this last year, that was not really clear on the return.

Love Turbo Tax

I've used Turbo Tax products for years after it was recommended to me by a friend. I've gone from using their Basic to the Deluxe product and then for four years while I had a Partnership (LLC) I also used their Business version. Turbo Tax has made doing my taxes super easy - Thank you!
What's great about it: easy to use; guided process; audit check and corrections at the end are great

Great help in filing for itemized deductions. Simple language and easy to follow instructions.
What's great about it: Easy, walk through instructions, confident in checking for accuracy
What's not so great: difficulty going back and forth to edit

Great Product and Support

I have used Turbo-Tax for many years and have always found the product ot be user friendly and very accurate. This year was the first time I had to contact their support service and the response was extremely good. The program disc was the problem and the technician got it all fixed and hung with it for 1 1/2 hours. I could not be more pleased!
What's great about it: Turbotx's product support personnel were fantastic with fixing a program problem
