make once a year struggle --easy

This is my 11th year using turbo tax. It is the only light of relief when you get into the dark world of federal and state tax filing. thks turbo tax
What's great about it: ease of use and explanatory, with good reviews and explanations.

2012 Turbo Tax

I have been using Turbo Tax for several years. I keep going back to it, because it is so easy. I'm a smart cookie, but no tax expert. I like it because I know it will take advantage and not miss any new tax law in my state or at the federal level. That is peace of mind.
What's great about it: easy to use

Best ever!

I have used Turbo Tax since (I think) 1988. It is simply a superior product and the service I have required (rarely) has been handled perfectly. I have had some odd investments over the years that I inherited from family that the product handled very routinely. They have provided advice and in one instance gave me a case number in the event of a dispute with the IRS. It amazes me that everyone doesn't use TurboTax. I can actually state that I enjoy doing my taxes because of the faith I have with this product.
What's great about it: You have complete faith and trust in accuracy
What's not so great: There are none for me, it's the best version to-date!

Easy step by step process

Just finished working my way through Turbo Tax. I feel confident the information is complete and accurate. I am always surprised by some deduction I was not aware of. This year we were able to deduct the cost of hearing aids which insurance did not cover.
Thank you for providing a process that is not intimidating and very complete for filing my taxes. We have used Turbo Tax for the past 5 years.
What's great about it: Easy step by step process identifying all deductions I may be eligible for.
What's not so great: Info not saved to Turbo Tax disc - I had a problem with my computer and lost the saved data from last year.

It's So Easy...WOW

This program is easy to use and it does all the work for you. If you need additional help you can research it right from the screen where you are working. This is easy if you need to trouble shoot something.You can also view each worksheet if you want to see how the computations are given. If you need additional help this program also has professionals you can call. I think this program saves me at least $100.00 or more every year that I would pay someone else to do this for me. Thank You Turbo Tax you Aret GGGGGREAT!!!!!

Turbo Tax is totally intuitive; It takes the guess work out of taxes. If I have a question about a deduction, I can click on a link to get more information. The explanations are thorough and help me understand whether the deduction applies to me. I love the year over year comparison summary that helps us evalutate how we've done since last year. I've used Turbo for 6 years and will continue to us it.
What's great about it: We lost some exemptions this year but turbo tax did a great job investigating every possible way to save money
What's not so great: None
