A breeze!

Turbotax makes filing tax returns such a breeze. I do not have all sorts of complicated investments and big purchases so I trust the software with my basic return, don't know about all those complicated items but it seems like they'd be covered too!

TurboTax keeps getting better

TurboTax helps make filing taxes painless. It used to take me days to figure out how to fill out all the forms. Now I finish my taxes in one evening. Thank you Intuit for making a great application.

State Problem Resolved

Maybe a more detailed explanation for particular states - mine was Minnesota - would be helpful. However your people that I talked to, actually the third person I talked to resolved the problem for me.

Turbo Tax 2012

I have used Turbo Tax for over 10 years and it always is very straight forward to work with. During this time I have had numerous changes in things needed like college costs, investments, tax credits, house moves, and retirement pernsions/annunities. It has been very easy to follow the easy guide to insure everything is done right and complete. In addition since Turbo Tax brings forward previous information it is easier then having to dig through previous years to find items such as limits on tax credits not taken that you could apply to current year. With them bringing this forward saves a lot of time and effort. Only thing I have had issues with was when I had to file an amended return last year it was very confusing. Calls to them helped out and they stated they knew this was an area needing improvement. Since I did not need that this year not sure it if has been worked on. Also I would like to see State e-file be free as I always have to pring it out as the cost for state filing is a little expensive.
What's great about it: Good Easy to use product
What's not so great: Filing amended returns is not straight forward. No free State e-file.
