Fast and efficient. I will continue to use TurboTax in the future.

This is my seventh year with Turbo Tax after years with a cpa. The first year, I did TurboTax after my cpa filed just to see how accurate it was. TurboTax came within forty cents of the professional preparation.
What's great about it: easy to follow directins/picks up last years data automatically
What's not so great: none noted

I have used Turbo Tax for many, many years...and I continue to be amazed at how easy it is to compile and file my taxes this way. I used to use the old pen-and-paper method, and it took forever. Thank you, Turbo Tax, for making this process quick, easy, and extremely satisfying!
What's great about it: Easy to use; directions easy to follow; confidence with results!!

Owed...but not as much

We owed money! But this is a common occurance and is expected. What wasn't expected was how little we owed given the fact that we have the minimum deducted from each paycheck and 1099. TURBOTAX made the process seamless and straightforward and the tax review at the end of the process put our minds at rest. The e-transfer was excellent. A great program concentrating on doing one thing very well. I have been a satisfied user for over eight years.
What's great about it: Very fast, extremely accurate...and honest
What's not so great: Couldn't help me get a bigger refund
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
