What's great about it: Very easy to go back to a specific part to review or change.

Using TurboTax - A great tool!!!

I love TurboTax because I can do my taxes in about an hour and don't have to worry about paying someone else to do them. The program walks you through, step-by-step, with good explanations and links to click if you have questions. About the only knock I could make with Intuit would be on the options of their products. With so many people doing small investing and for the price of their product, I would like to see more stock detail data in the Deluxe option. Of course I know they want to make money so putting them in the Premier is the best solution for them, but they could get more users I feel if they put a little more in the Deluxe. If anyone wants to get away from going to someone to get their taxes done, I cannot recommend a better program than TurboTax. It is simple, easy, and quick.

Turbo Tax Rocks

I've used Turbo Tax for over a decade now. It still continues to amaze me! Makes filing my returns fun and hassle-free.
What's great about it: Ease of entry and eFile
What's not so great: Did not inform me that standard deductions were applied.

Fast Money

Turbotax allowed me to prepare and file my taxes in just a few hours. Importing last years information made it very easy since that cut out most of the busy work. I would have file my state taxes with the too if the cost were not so high. I was able to file those for free with my states own website. Still I will always file my federal return with Turbotax
What's great about it: Easy and fast to complete with a quick refund
What's not so great: Extra charge for State
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Switched From H&R Block - Right Decisiion

Much more user friendly that H & R Block. Wish I had switched years ago. The connection with my financial institutions was slick and no hassel.
What's great about it: User friendly. Connected seamlessly with my financial institutions.

Soooo Easy

Who would not want an easier way to do the dreaded taxes? TurboTax is quick and easy. All one has to do is gather the necessary w-2s, 1099s, etc. as they come in and then transfer the information to the computer when asked by the interview questions. There is no uncertainty about what can or cannot be deducted, and - better yet - no chance of making a mathematical error. Wonderful! And, to top it all off, one can sit at home and complete the entire process in pajamas or whatever is comfortable. There is not even a need to find an envelope, buy a stamp, or go to the post office to mail a return. It's sooo easy!

Using turbo tax was so easy. I had multiple W-2 and information from school that I didn't know what to do with. Turbo tax made it easy to fill in the information, and found me more money than my tax preparer did last year! I will be using it from here on out. Seeing your refunds pile up as you go is great too, and being able to e-file right from the program is wonderful.

I have used Turbo Tax almost every year I have filed taxes, and it keeps getting easier and easier to use. It usually takes me only an hour or two to finish.
What's great about it: imports information from previous year, step by step instructions, easy to navigate, easy to understand explainations
