So Easy

I have been using Turbo Tax for over 10 years and love it. Last year I decided to have a friend, a CPA, see if he could find anything I might have missed and he said my return was perfect that he couldn't have done it better. The questions that they ask you and the step by step directions are so easy to follow. I like being able to take my time and be able to come back to where I left off when I want to continue.
What's great about it: It's is so easy to fill out and file your returns.
What's not so great: none

Great product. But when its thinking, ie: summary or review, there is not indication that it is working. It needs a little hour glass showing that things are still be processed.
What's great about it: quick , easy
What's not so great: Does not indicate when it thinking. ie: hour glass

I Have used Turbox tax for ten years. It is very easy to use.
What's great about it: easy step option
What's not so great: hard to remove a form that you started and you did not need it

Easy to Use!

A friend recommended Turbo Tax to me. She was right about how easy it is to use, and how efficiently it is designed. It really easy to follow. The first time I filed our taxes on my own!
What's great about it: Very organized and easy to follow, great navigation
What's not so great: I didn't come across anything I didn't like
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

E-file newbe

Overall good experience! Have used Turbo Tax Basic for many years (since 1988). The extra features in the Deluxe version this year was extra helpful in digging all detail out of my tax file records. E-file was particularly useful and easy and saved me writing a check and a trip to the post office. Definitely recommend it in these days of accurate fast internet services at our disposal.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax Deluxe a breeze to use as usual. First time e-file experience was painless, got PIN numbers easily
What's not so great: Turbo Tax kept bugging me to file a state return, trying to sell me State software not needed in Florida where I file
Pros: I bought or sold investments

TurboTax - an old friend at tax time

I have been using TruboTax for so long I can't remember when I started. The tax code changes every year yet TurboTax seems to stay the same. Easy to understand, easy to fill out. Easy to make changes is you find an error.
What's great about it: No suprises
What's not so great: The tax code is confusing - not TruboTax's fault
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
