2012 Turbo Tax

Very easy to use. I've been using Turbo Tax for several years, and it makes it easy to complete the process because it queries earlier filings for personal and other information. It was a bit unclear on how to enter the State Income Tax deduction, but as it turns out, it pulled the information without my input. If any questions arise, help is easily available on the spot, to help make decisions.
What's great about it: Allows easy entry of all information, and pulls personal and other data from previous years' returns.
What's not so great: A little unclear on where and how to enter the deduction for State Income taxes.

Simple and Painless

I've decided to go with Turbo Tax when I found that the interviews the other tax companies use are the same as the online questions that Turbo Tax software uses.
With Turbo Tax software, you can always add/delete information and redo at your own leisure, and not pressed for answering many questions in a short period of time.
Plus, I usually prepare my taxes twice: once as a trial and the other is the actual one that I file. That way, I know exactly what the new tax rules are and what receipts I should find (in case they're missing.)

I've been using Turbo Tax for years and it has helped me get the most refund that I qualify for, without having to be a tax expert myself. I love it!

Love My TurboTax!

I've been using TurboTax for over 20 years and wouldn't consider any other product! It give me confidence that I'm filing an accurate return and haven't missed any important income or deduction items. It's ease of use makes this ugly annual task much more endurable!
What's great about it: Easy to use & accurate!
What's not so great: None! Using it couldn't be easier!

I've been a long-time user of TurboTax products. Aside from issues with Ministerial Housing , I found the Iowa State Tax program for Married filling separately on a combined return to have several problems, i.e. IA 1040 Line 27 did not pick-up my Federal income tax refund received in 2012 and Line 32 entered my estimated tax payments incorrectly.
What's great about it: Handles Ministerial Housing Allowance well
What's not so great: Handles Ministerial Housing Exclusion poorly

I have used Turbo Tax for years and it has never let me down. Lately I have had some complicated issues and with Turbo Tax I know exactly where I stand, what information I need and how to proceed. I will continue using Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Easy to use, confident of outcome

Easy and Fast

All forms are up to date and instructions are easy to understand. Great support and the help on line was quick and problems solved easily.
