Smooth and easy product to work with .It made tax filing a breeze. Have enjoyed it for quite a few years. Only one I trust.

I have used Turbo Tax for a few years now and wouldn't think of doing my taxes any other way!
What's great about it: Simple, easy to use and asks all the right questions.
What's not so great: NO cons for me.

Made filing easier and made us feel confident

We appreciate the accurate guidance. We always used an accountant in the past but when his fees kept going up we decided to try on our our with turbo tax. We keep organized accurate records so it was just a matter of entering our info. We have used Turbo tax for the past 3 years, with no problems.
What's great about it: deduction organizer helped with proper values of donations

I HAD VERY LITTLE MANAGING THE SOFTWARE, AND LOVED THE EXPLANATIONS AND REVIEWS. AT THE END I HAD TWO CONFUSING MESSAGES ON THINGS I NEEDED TO REVIEW. I WENT TO HELP. ENTERED THE MESSAGES AND GOT A CLEAR ANSWER TO BOTH QUESTIONS AND FINALLY WAS ABLE TO HIT THE TRANSMIT BUTTON.
What's great about it: CHECKS AND REVIEWS INFO WINDOWS
What's not so great: I WORRIED A LOT ABOUT ACCIDENTALLY ERASING ALL MY WORK

I have used this for the last several years and would recommend this software to anyone and everyone.
What's great about it: Easy to use and maximized my refund
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
