I have used TuboTax for 6 years or more. Wouldn't use anything else. My returns are always better than when I went to an accountant.

I've been using TurboTax to prepare my income taxes for 10 years. Never any issues. Quick and painless. I highly recommend TurboTax.

overall the use of this software is extremely easy and seamless. I have an accountant do my taxes last year and the process was not easier, just more expensive. I WILL CONTINUE TO USE TURBO TAX.
What's great about it: simple to use
What's not so great: navigation to saved files is difficult

I have used Turbo Tax for many years , I have also tried different tax programs and return to Turbo Tax. I my opinion it is the easiest and most accurate program out . I have tried different versions of Turbo Tax and like the Deluxe.
Would highly reccomend in any tax situation.

What's not so great: couldn't use auto import from financial institutions

Download menu account identification

Since I have 10 or more investment accounts and all are downloaded from "National Financial Services" you need to allow more space in the download menu because a typical choice is for example:
National Financial Services - 1099-DIV (X44123456) $21,333
I know you can get this information by clicking on details, but why not make it available in the menu? When you have multiple joint accounts and separate accounts which produce dividends, interest and capital gains it becomes quite tedious.

What a Breeze

I always feel relieved when my taxes are completed. Turbo tax makes this a much easier process by prompting you for all information, in case you forgot something while pulling all your paperwork together. I have recommended Turbo tax to friends in the past and will continue to do so. Thanks again for a great job.

Turbo Tax is Excellent. My 7 yr old Granddaughter could follow the prompts. Loved "Checking for errors" All the necessary forms printed easily.
What's great about it: Step By Step also check for errors
