I have been a turbo tax custom for about 4-5 years and I greatly appreciated their service and have recommend it to family and friends. We are now turbo taxing all the time.

Have been using Turbo Tax for over 10 years and continue to be impressed with how easy they make the process of filing taxes.
What's great about it: Covers all topics in easy to understand questions and has quick links to further explain topics.
What's not so great: Takes the discipline to sit and commit to the time it takes to answer all of the questions

Detailed but Concise

I really like the fact that the guidance questions cover all the bases without leading me to a bunch of issues that couold not pertain to my situation. It makes it very easy and very efficient to use to do my taxes.
What's great about it: I liked the leading questions to make sure all angles of an issue were covered.

Great program. Real Live Help.

I've used this program for 7 years with great success.
This year I needed help so, with very low expectations, I called the live help line. I could not have been more impressed. The real live English-speaking CPA on the other end was patient, knowledgeable, and thorough.
I've found the program to be very user-friendly. When paying a tax professional, I always had to do all the work of collecting and categorizing the data. Then he just put it into a computer program. With TurboTax, that is the easy part. I also get lots of questions to remind me of deductions I may have forgotten. Cannot recommend highly enough.
What's great about it: Easty step-by-step with explanatory help when needed
What's not so great: Navigating takes some practice.
