Excellent program! I have been using turbotax for over ten years.
What's great about it: Was quick, easy and accurate.
What's not so great: Had to scroll down a lot as a page did not fit on screen and I didn't see an easy way to change.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Better than HR block product

Quick and easy, have been using this product for over 11 years, and never have had any problems.
I tried HR Block product one year, had so many problems I ended up returning it and purchasing Turbo tax once again.
I only wish the state e file was included.

Turbo Tax 2012 Review

I have used Turbo Tax for twenty years. For a while they got more confusing each year. This years program was very well done. It was very easy to follow and I seldom needed to go to help.. All went very well until I got to the Filing section. There I was faced with several subscreens which were in very small print. I could hardly read them and couldn't get them to zoom.
What's great about it: Best set up program in 20 years. Very easy to use
What's not so great: Print too small on some sceens. Harder to find some forms

Easy "hold your hand" guide

This is super easy and almost impossible to mess up, the only improvement I would want is a better summary at the end that you can print out. The comparison screen showing a summary of last year/this year cannot be printed and used for reference it also cannot be presented adhoc.
What's great about it: Takes you step by step with lots of help
What's not so great: K1 part was confusing and hard to match entry fields with the form

Super to file this year

This year my taxes were much easier that the last year. Turbo Tax drive up all the step needed for the completion of the 1040
What's great about it: More easy to put the infomation
What's not so great: Hard to connect to a person with turbo Tax
