Quick and easy

A suggestion for future products would be to charge for specific filings. I have over purchased by buying deluxe when it is more than I need. I would be inclined to download and purchase the product online if the purchase price were decided at the point of filing.

I've used Turbo tax in the past but that was several years ago. Coming back to using it now seams easier than before. More items were explained better and much more information was provided to make decisions.
What's great about it: Very easy to use and easy to understand
What's not so great: None that I can really think of

Good Product

I have been using Turbo Tax for a long time. I appreciate the way it walks you through the program and now if you get stuck you can also call and ask questions which was not always available as part of the original purchase. I have a son who works in another state for internships which causes me to have to do 2 state returns for him. Sometimes this has worked our pretty easily with Turbo Tax and other times not, but this is where I have used the call in advice which has been extremely helpful in getting through a tough spot. The only problem is the second state software costs as much as the whole federal and state program package which is terribly over-priced, seems there is some middle ground for a fair price since all you are getting is the one-state program.
What's great about it: Easy to use and help is available if you need it.
What's not so great: Extra state software cost is way over priced for what you receive.

Easily walk through all facets of tax preparation and no need to pay hundreds to have someone else file them.
What's great about it: Makes it very easy to file.

I've used Turbo Tax for the past 6 years. It's the best means to ensure accurate tax filings and maximize your refund!
What's great about it: Clear, concise and intuitive!
What's not so great: None!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I can't imagine any one who prepares their own return not using Turbo Tax
What's great about it: CLEAR AND FAST INTEGRATED WITH STATE RETURN
What's not so great: COULD BE A LITTLE CHEAPER FOR US SUPER SENIORS
