I like Turbo Tax. I trust it and rather like the getting acquainted process with both the program and my different things that need to be put on. I have a better idea of our financial affairs with doing the procedure myself.
What's great about it: We've used Turbo Tax for maybe 10 years and find it very easy and convenient.
What's not so great: When I have something new I find that I struggle a bit to figure out how to handle it.

Super easy... A child could do it!!!

I had to file three different returns and it was so easy. I had an issue on the first one with my state not fully downloading but I called the Turbo Tax hotline and my agent logged onto my computer and fixed the problem for me. She was so nice and helpful and even stayed on the line till I finished going through the process to make sure there were no more issues. That's great customer service!
What's great about it: simple, fast, convenient, inexpensive and got me a great return!!!
What's not so great: Can't think of anything...

Sometimes the instructions go on and on and you are ready to enter the information 3 screens before you are allowed to. Also, the program wouldn't let me enter today's date. I had to keep entering to 4/15/2013 before it would accept any date at all. (Today's date is 4/4/2013.)

Most of the items are easy to answer. However, it is sometime difficult to get questiuons properly answered.
