2012 Turbo Tax rogram is much better than last years. Easy to follow and instructions clear and concise
What's great about it: Much more user friendly than last years

I have been using this program since 2006 and have never been less than completely satisfied. I know nothing about taxes and this program works me through each step clearly and easily. I could not file by myself without this program. I highly recommend to all no matter how complicated your tax situation - Turbo Tax will get you through
What's great about it: everything
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Thorough and Simple

Process is broken into simple, logical, thorough sections. I could move through a section, leave gaps and return to complete with ease.
What's great about it: Stepped me through the process
What's not so great: It's Taxes, what's there to like?

Fed Great, 1 big problem with State form

Fed pgm terrific. But the Illinois program never asked about my contribution to a 529 college savings program (Bright Start). I had to research and fill out my own Schedule M to get this large deduction. My expectation is that TurboTax covers ALL deductions and it didn't this time.
What's great about it: Fed pgm excellent

Using Turbo tax reduces the time required to research the IRS forms for my returns and assures me of accuracy and completeness. eFiling is easier than printing and mailing so many forms and refunds/payments is convenient.
What's great about it: Prompts to all aspects of returns
What's not so great: Instructions not always clear

Some hesistation

It worked well once I understood the implications of working in Okinawa, Japan.
What's great about it: It worked well!
What's not so great: Little trouble with overseas location.

I have used Turbo Tax for the past years. Great program to complete taxes.
