I have been using Turbo Tax since 1987 and will continue using because of the ease of filing and information that is readily available from Intuit and tying in to the IRS Forms and Publications needed to complete the return.
Also, the accuracy checks incorporated in the software prevents any mistakes from happening.

What's great about it: Turbo Tax Software is the best on the market, I like the deduction section.

Easy as usual

Love the fact that I can import previous years returns and then have choice to manually enter information for current tax year or let TT walk me through it. It's dummy proof.
What's great about it: Fast, easy to understand

Another successful filing with Turbo Tax

I have been using Turbo Tax most years since it was introduced. The first time I used it I saved enough on taxes to pay for all of the copies I have bought since then. From time to time I have used other tax software packages, but have always returned to Turbo Tax. A few times I bought both packages to compare. One of those times, I bought Turbo Tax after I could not understand how to complete a section with another package. Since then I have stuck with Turbo Tax. This was the first time I used the web based cash and non-cash deductions site. Using this site, I was able to value non-cash donations and maintain a record of these donations.
What's great about it: Easy Navigation Straight forward questions and flow
What's not so great: Could not download credit union 1099's due to incompatible interfaces

Quick and Easy

Turbo Tax is very easy to use. I have been using it for several years and have convinced friends to use it. The college credit was very helpful since I now have a student in college.
