Always easy

Started using TurboTax several years ago and wouldn't do my taxes any other way now. Affordable, fast and simple to follow. So much easier than doing them by hand. Software stays updated with all the latest forms and IRS info. TurboTax makes filing taxes as easy and pain-free as possible. Thanks TurboTax!

Simple and Fast

Turbotax is a great way to file your returns. First time users can use the step by step option that walks thru every category. Return users, will see lots of information transferred in from the previous years. Simple and Fast!!!!
What's great about it: Brings all info. in from previous years. Simple explanations of every possible tax situation.
What's not so great: Font is a little small.

I have used Turbo tax for now 5 years. It is so easy to use. I have got deductions that I never had before, because I didn't know about it and some tax people don't tell you.

Not good this time

I had to restart my refund and my daughter's refund after a fatal error when installing updates. I am very angry that I had to put all the extra time into this. Usually Turbo Tax goes smoothly......NOT this year.

Easier than last year

The foreign tax credit section should be easier to use, if you review your entries you have to re-enter all the information again.
What's great about it: Each year Turbotax gets easier and easier to use
What's not so great: the foreign tax credit section doesn't work as easy as I would prefer
