Longtime user. I don't use any other tax service. I always reccomend Turbo Tax to others every year!

I enjoy using the software. It goes through all the steps but some of it is still confusing. I trust that what they are asking to fill in is the correct information and I feel that I am getting better at understanding this each year. Thanks for the help

Easy Filing

Using guided option is very easy to follow. Finding deductions are a breeze due to the thoroughness of questions. Feel more at ease with turbotax reviewing the whole return for mistakes or missing items. Makes life easy in E-filing. Not to mention faster refunds when you get one.
What's great about it: Very easy and fast way to file taxes

Should be able to link to prior year's returns allow you to view to confirm in current returns.
Should keep track of amortization of mortgage points paid on refinance from prior year to carry over to current year.

TurboTax makes this process so much easier

I've used TurboTax every year since I started doing my taxes in the early 90s, super helpful, super easy to fill in, calculate and file. I also used it for the first time last year to amend a return and that was super simple too. Love the tracker at the top so I can see the bottom line, although it's always overly pessimistic when you've just entered the income portion - maybe it would be better if it was estimated based on last year's numbers for areas you haven't entered yet, then refined as you update with this year's info. Thanks.
What's great about it: Guided questions throughout the process
What's not so great: Sometimes the flow of questions isn't quite intuitive

Sweet Deductions!!

I am pleased with the software over all... It was a great investment!
What's great about it: Great walk through of possible tax deductions!
What's not so great: It isn't clear on local taxes, but it's still accurate...
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Great product! Worth the cost. Make sure that your return is as accurate as possible.

Quick and easy way to prepare tax return. Pulls information from previous year to save time, and compares the differences. All too easy.
