Great file I have used turbo tax for 9 years in a row. It is easy fun, and reliable. Will use it as long as I feel comfortable doing my own taxes.
What's great about it: Fun to watch the refund ticker go up
What's not so great: Not fun towatch the refund ticker go down
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I had a baby

I have enjoyed using this software for years it is a simple way of filing my taxes. This software gives me more confindence then consulting most tax preparers.
What's great about it: Simple step by step instructions to file my taxes
What's not so great: Could use a few more explaination on some of the choices I was not familiar with

It's very detailed, easy to follow, no guess work.

Overall i am happy with TT, but think they are falling behind the ever changing ability to keep up with the changes. Some computers are older, and they don't support that well.
What's great about it: ease of continuity
What's not so great: not as much helpful interaction and they didn't keep up with the computer changes

I have reccomended Turbo Tax to friends and family for years and continue to do so...
What's great about it: easy to complete
What's not so great: not enough choices in non-cash donations -- we prepare monthly meals
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Turbo Tax Fast and Easy

Fast and easy, I had a question about my return and found the answer very quickly and filed all one evening.
Will use again next year.
What's great about it: Helps find all deductions and is error free
What's not so great: None
