GO Turbo, Getting my Refund!

What's great about it: They ceck everything for you and offer all options
What's not so great: surprise fee's at end
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

Ease of mind

Turbo Tax Deluxe takes all of the guesswork out of doing one's taxes. My accountant has nothing on Turbo Tax Deluxe. The price is right, and the results are excellent. All of the forms are easy to understand and follow. Keep up the good work. Next year will be seeing me use Turbo Tax again.
What's great about it: Everything is so infomrative.
What's not so great: None.

I have used Turbo Tax over the years without any problems. Step by step instructions makes it easy for a first time tax preparer. The help site is available to answer all your tax questions.

Reliable Taxes

This is my second year using TurboTax as a college student and I feel quite confident in using it to receive the best return that I can get. I'm not very organized in keeping together my tax information, so the greatest pro for me is that this program lets me know exactly which forms and receipts that I might need for filing my taxes. I like that it checks possible errors and it makes it easy to go back to previous sections just in case. With this, I know exactly what I'm entering and will be clicking on to continue.
What's great about it: Simple to use
What's not so great: Still a little time consuming

I am able to back track when I forget something or need to add information. I really like reopening it and coming right back to where I left off.

I like the guided instructions that it gives since I don't know all that is possible for us to qualify for certain credits or refunds.
