TurboTax makes filing taxes easy

I have used TurboTax since 1997 with great success. It is so easy that even my husband can do our taxes (if I let him), but I enjoy using TurboTax so my husband has only done them once in all that time. TurboTax makes it easy to find answers to your questions. I love this program so much that I recommended it to a family friend who is 85 years old. She just called to tell me that I was right, because she has successfully completed filing her taxes for 2012. She was so proud that she could do her taxes without her children becoming involved, she almost cried. I highly recommend TurboTax to everyone.
One more thing. prior to using TurboTax, we were audited 3 times. Since using TurboTax, we have not been audited once. Thank you TurboTax for making my life regarding the IRS stress free!
What's great about it: TurboTax Easy Guide does all the work for you, making it easy.
What's not so great: There are no cons

Easy and Affordable

I have used Turbo Tax for the last three years and it has made taxes easy to do. I filed through another company one year and was flagged for an error which cost me $500. Turbo Tax walks you through the entire process and easily answers questions that I had during this process. And best of all it's inexpensive to get.
What's great about it: Easy to use, Defines everything, More for the Money
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

The program is very easy to use because over the years one becomes familiar and it imports data from previous year's filing. One can procastinate and finish in one sitting. Great

This is an incredible product... which is why we have used it since 2008. I will continue to use the product as long as it is priced well. Every year I see little changes and this year's return was indeed the easiest thus far.
What's great about it: Wizard was great, simple and easy to use
What's not so great: had to check for updates 2x... in same session. Would have been perfect to have all updates downloaded first time.

poor upload of last year's turbo tax info

i want the info from last year's downloaded and compared through the years. i have been using turbo tax for over 5 years and never did it upload any of the old information which would be a great time saver as well as a good model for comparison year-to-year (graphs/spreadsheet/etc).
What's great about it: easy
What's not so great: lack to find and upload last years turbo tax information from 2011 on-line purchase to 2012 store purchase

For some reason I felt the format was easier to follow, questions more explicit, in past years.
What's not so great: I found it very difficult to determine whether to include from 1099int boxes 1a and 1b in % for amt govt related
