Relatively smooth

Overall, I like the product. I have used it for years, having tried other products in the past. Turbo tax was the easiest to use and most user friendly.
What's great about it: Good process to walk through options
What's not so great: Import didn't quite get all the details from some forms

Have Deluxe Verson

I bought the deluxe version of turbo tax which was to include the state. When I go in to do the state of Idaho it wants me to pay. Why?
What's great about it: Federal went well
What's not so great: Wants me to pay for state

This year Turbo Tax is easier than ever to file. Fast convenient, and easy to use. I've used it for years and plan to continue to be a loyal customer.
What's great about it: User freindly easy fast
What's not so great: slow to load used a lot of memory on my computer

I was concerned that selling my house and moving was going to be more than I could figure out. But TurboTax walked me through every step. I love this program.
What's great about it: It walks you through every step
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved, I bought or sold investments

Usually no problem updating, but it failed 3 times on 3 different days when trying to update inside the application. I happen to try updating at the prompt when I started Turbotax and it worked fine.
That is really the only problem I have had in years of using Turbotax.
I have used other tax software and only tried one other tax program since using Turbotax. I came back to Turbotax and have been using it ever since.

So Easy and Efficient!!

What an efficient and easy program to work!! Very user friendly for anyone to use, and I mean ANYONE!! I did not have one problem or question throughout the process, have been using this program for 4+ years now and will never do it any other way!
What's great about it: Easy to understand guidance and instruction.
What's not so great: NOTHING!!
