Crunch Time

Worked pretty well, just as in years past. This is our fourth year using TurboTax. Not all of the federal info transferred coherently into the state return though, and many of the "helps" were way more technically opaque than in years past (either that, or I'm getting dumber).
What's great about it: Thorough questions - don't think I missed anything.
What's not so great: Trouble with a state form.

PRINTING NIGHTMARE

. PRINTING PRIVILEDGES SHOULD AUTOMATICALLY BE INCLUDED. I FEEL LIKE THIS IS IN APPROPRIATE. I MEAN I BOUGHT THE SOFTWARE!!
What's great about it: I like the program because it is user friendly.
What's not so great: when you get to the end there is too much printing

Easy to use software

First year needing to file a schedule C; needed to speak to a TTAX advisor and the wait time was over 45mins. Otherwise, software is easy to use and provide basic context sensitive help along the way.
What's great about it: easy to use, step by step sensitive help
What's not so great: long wait times to speak to a ttax advisor
Pros: I had a baby, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have used TurboTax for the last 9 years to complete my taxes. All that is required of me is having my W2 and Receipts on hand when I launch the program. Each year I have received a solid, hassle-free, experience from TurboTax. I strongly recommend it to anyone.
What's great about it: Ease of Use
What's not so great: FAQ a bit difficult to search for questions
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
