I purchased after a friend recommended turbo tax. I will never go back to doing my taxes by hand! Great Job Turbo Tax!!!

Fast and Easy

I've used Turbo Tax for a few years now and I love it! Every so often I run into a random issue that I can't resolve with Turbo Tax aides, but generally I'm able to complete my taxes quickly. I love being able to download the previous year's info as well as W-2s and other tax documents.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax is straight forward and anticipates users needs
What's not so great: Not much information on Roth IRA conversions

Lighting speed

Excellent in resolving issues that have come up with audits by the IRS. I have been able to go back resolve issues that have developed with previous filed returns. Your product is amazing in quality, resolving issues with the IRS and using it as resourse through out the year and previous filings has saved my family a lot of legal fees and filing fees. Thank you for your hard work in developing such a quality product
What's great about it: able to complete 3 federal and 4 state returns in 72 hours and worked through it long hours
What's not so great: Cost of multiple state returns , I have completed for a person travels for work

What's not so great: in some forms there is no "easy guide" to use

The step by step instructions make preparing and filing taxes so easy. Anytime I am confused a helpful ? box is available to click on. I have never had to contact customer support in the last 4 years I have used Turbo Tax because everything is already so clear and easy to understand. (But its good to know I can reach a tax professional if needed.)
What's great about it: Easy to use with step by step guide!
What's not so great: Nothing, everything is great!
