similar and consistent usage...Great tool

i needed more examples of scenerios and situations that would help me to see if i qualified for items. Some situations i did not know what to up in or how it applied to me. needed help

Easy to use

Turbo tax makes it easy to do my own taxes. Our situation is pretty straightforward and turbotax makes doing taxes bearable. Now if only the tax code was this easy.
What's great about it: Easy to walk through my tax return, brings in information from the previous year so I don't miss anything

I did not recieve a free file on my state and I thought you got at least one

Easy to use. Just follow the direction. With the previous year returns, it is easier to find the same deductions.

Couldn't be any easier, Convenient and well explained. Help pages were very beneficial. Thanks, TurboTax, for another year without the stress of tax preparation.
What's great about it: Walked me right through it.
What's not so great: Some pages did not have the "Back" button option. Waited entirely too long for some forms, but hardly your fault.

Easy tax preperation

The software is very easy to use with the exception of the print and review. The print seems to get confused and is not clear as to what should be printed. This area seems to be consistently confusing. All else worked great.
What's great about it: The guide was very good and the comparision to last years entries was particularily useful.
What's not so great: Having to go to the bottom of the page to continue

Turbo Tax Rocked My Refund!

Mnay years have passed since I have had the option to use Turbo Tax. I was once again impressed by the navigation of the program, ease of use, speed at which it took to answer the questions, and found exemptions I was not aware of. This really helped me get the most of my tax return! I was even asked if I want to donate to any other charitable organizations through Turbo Tax as well as the option to hold money aside for next years taxes. I enjoyed how smooth the whole process was from begnning to end!
What's great about it: Ease of use, Thorough filing exemptions, Fast!
What's not so great: I didn't find any!
