Awesome Experience

We will never use a tax accountant again to file our taxes with Turbo Tax around. What a great tool and awesome experience.
What's great about it: Very user friendly
What's not so great: no issues
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

This program has gotten better and better each year. Couldn't ever go back to the old pencil, paper and head scratching method. Wish this had been available many years ago.
What's great about it: Quick and Easy, detailed, simple to make entries

Sometimes if there is an error the system does not tell you exactly how to fix it you have to try and figure it out. but Once you do the filing is painless.
What's great about it: If you can read you will succeed
What's not so great: when the updates are automatic when you go back to finish taxes.

T-Tax Review

I would like more information/instructions for the state tax form. I would like to be able to review the information on the state form also. Fed. Tax form, very good. Overall very good process.
What's great about it: Fast process.
What's not so great: Needs more information for state form.

I have used for many years and it continues to get easier to use, except I am concerned about security of personal info. Would prefer to fill out tax form isolated from the network, but this software does not work when there is no connection to the internet.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Has errors when not connected to internet
