Great experience

This was really made simple and I love the fact that I will have this and get updates every year.
What's great about it: Explanations were great
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Quick and Easy

Stepping me through to enter all the retirment income makes entering from multiple sources very easy.
What's great about it: Able to enter income and deductions easily without missing any.
What's not so great: Have to pay to file state income tax.

Year after year it gets better. I didnt notice any problems this year. There may be some but did not affect me. Great program

Not Skeptical Anymore!

Since I have always used a CPA, my first inclination was to find another when mine retired. I decided to try TurboTax first, knowing I didn't have to go through the filing if I felt it was inaccurate. This program left no stone unturned. I feel there is absolutely nothing else a CPA could have done that was not covered by Turbo Tax. I'm a believer now!
What's great about it: Love, love, love the step-by-step guidance and questions asked of me to insure I received my maximum benefit.
What's not so great: Can't think of even one right now.

I have used Turbo Tax for many years. I tried another program once and really didn't like it. I feel confident that Turbo Tax will handle our unusual situation.
What's great about it: importing from investments
What's not so great: automatically returning to the top of the income or deduction section after each section is completed.
Pros: I bought or sold investments
