Straight to The Point

Software is very useful and straightforward. Improvements are constantly being made which I find excellent. I have never needed customer service or needed to contact a Tax Professional. The software is problem free and even when there si a problem TurboTax finds it for me and lets me know what to do to fix it. Also the offering form representation for a fee is very productive. Though I did not get Audited the software helped me get taxes done in a very speedy and efficient time; with direct depositing enabled I did not have to travel or spend phone time.
What's great about it: No Distractions
What's not so great: Somewhat Costly but not a big deal

I have used TurboTax for over 6 years now and I will never use another tax preparation service. I love TurboTax! It is very easy to use and make tax preparation very easy.

GOOD AS USUAL BUT NOT GREAT. I WILL BUY AGAIN NEXT YEAR BUT I HOPE MORE EFFORT IS PUT INTO SOFTWARE FOR 2013 SO MINIMAL UPDATES NEED TO BE INSTALL DURING TAX FILING SEASON. ALSO REALLY NEED MORE HELP AT THE END ON THE ERRORS FOR THE STATE AND FEDERAL RETURNS. MORE HELP IN RESOLVING THE ERRORS. MOST WERE SIMPLE, BUT SOME I HAD TO RESEARCH BEYOND THE SOFTWARE.

Turbo Tax Deluxe has been our family's favorite stuff to file tax for 6 years and we'll use it in the years coming. I already showed its convenience to my friends and they really like it: they become its customers. This product was, is, and will be improved to easy different steps to get tax return: it's what I like the most from Turbo Tax!
