I have been using Turbotax for more than 10 years and every year it get's more user friendly!
What's great about it: Easy to use

A Little Confused

The section about health insurance premiums was very confusing...if your employer paid a portion of your premiums can you still write off how much you paid out of pocket for the rest of the year to your doctors, dentists, etc but not write off your employers contribution?
Recently divorced...confused about other sections related to divorce and child dependant status.
Not your problem...but I think it's silly that just because your ex can claim your child that you can't claim what you paid to daycare...it's not fair!!
What's great about it: Like the new introduction, like the ease of going backward now
What's not so great: Confused with my state(s) refunds

What's great about it: nice direction
What's not so great: e-filing took a few tries and State filing has a fee
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

First Time Doing My Own Taxes

I wanted to save money on our taxes. It works great, but since this was my first time to do my own taxes, it did take time.
What's great about it: Help along the whole way
What's not so great: Some confusion about the 1040ES form
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Build a Computer Refund

I have used Turbo Tax Deluxe for more then 10 years, the program works quite well. Out of 10 years I have only had one IRS communication which gave me more on my refund due to some math error. I truly believe that the companies involved with Turbo Tax are looking out for the consumer. I recommend to transmit the final taxes after ensuring all updates are complete in the program. Tax forms change during tax seasons and could create a problem for the consumer.
What's great about it: I found answers I needed to finish filing
What's not so great: Not much information on Education Deductions and GI Bills
