HSA not intuitive

Our company switched to an HSA during the third quarter of 2012. I made a post tax contribution in 2013 for 'catch up' contribution for 2012.
Just trying to locate the correct location to input my post tax contribution required multiple google searches to find and confirm the correct location and method to add my contribution.
What's great about it: quick and cheaper than tax service
What's not so great: not very intuitive, when dealing with less common incomes
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

The program is very easy to use for a normal person, with clear explanations of each step, plus has a final review of your taxes with error check and usefull advices. I used the program from 2002 to present day

Got it done in a jeepy

This is my second year using TT. I have used Tax services and an accountant before. Had to pay much more for a similar refunds I get with TT. Instructions in TT are easy to follow and since our taxes are not complicated I am able to prepare them myself without a problem. I would recommend it to anyone

Ask about home insurance then asked about office insurance then asked about health insurance then health insurance again at the personal portion.

Steady Customer for a Reason

I have been using TurboTax for many years with good reason. It makes an increasingly difficult task relatively easy. Transferring information from the previous year's TurboTax is great. It takes you through every nook and cranny and the review and error check is great. I would be otherwise paying someone to do our taxes as we could no longer do it right ourselves.
What's great about it: Makes a difficult task easy
What's not so great: High "convenience fee" charge for paying taxes with card
