Hassle Free ...

With a couple of mortgages and some professional subscriptions ... with the charity deductions and home energy improvements .. don't think I'd be able to do this on my own. But TT walked me right through.
What's great about it: Walks me to get my maximum deductions.

Not as easy as before

If you need to insert something you can't find the place to put it without going through all the questions and answering them all again. Gets really old.
What's great about it: Carrying numbers to correct places, ability to file online.
What's not so great: Hard to find certain parts of return with headings used this year.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Love your program--been using it for years. However, this year the update process was a disaster. If it's fixed by next year I will continue to be a satisfied customer.
What's great about it: Ease. Continuity from previous years.
What's not so great: Unlike previous years, the updates were very difficult to download.

TurboTax is my first choice of tax preparation software. I've been using it for about 5 years now and it has allowed me to comfortably prepare my own taxes and feel confident with the results.
What's great about it: It's like having a tax professional hold your hand as you prepare your taxes.

Liked step by step directions but had some problems with my roth IRA forms as to whether it was an IRA or a Roth IRA contripuation.

Have used Turbo Tax for the last 7 years and have had great success. They have made it easy and have always loved being surprised at the refund in the end. Thank you Turbo Tax for making it so simple and pain free. You have made a great product and service!
What's great about it: Love the step by step and easy guide
What's not so great: If you go to quickly through something sometimes it is hard to retrace and find the same screen

Have used the Turbo Tax program for the past 18 years and intend to use again next year. Just keeps getting better year by year.
What's great about it: Very easy step by step process
What's not so great: The difficulties are with the IRS wording and some of the IRS forms.
