Change in Michigan pension tax law caused a minor upset, but the online help section for Michigan tax cleared up the problem.

What's great about it: Step by step questions that I could understand.
What's not so great: Had a question I couldn't find the exact answer. I finally got a CPA to look it up for me.

Made a tough job easier

Never written a review, but have been using TurboTax for more than 20 years. Changes made over that time are to numerous to count but always make the job easier. Wouldn't do my taxes any other way.
What's great about it: accurate and simple, yet professionally through.
What's not so great: no pencils to use

If you use turbo tax from year to year it transmits your info to make the process easier. Overall very easy to use with simple instructions

I've use Turbo tax for several years I'm always pleased with it and very confident that my tax filings are all right.
What's great about it: its simple just follow the directions
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
