The experience was easy

I was a bit intimidated by the product but found out that it is as easy as they say it is to use. I saved a lot of money that I used to pay my tax lady and she was not doing anything special--but the same thing I was able to do with Turbo tax. I am a convert--I will do my taxes this way from now on.
What's great about it: It walks you thru all the parts
What's not so great: no real cons.

So Easy

It anticipates my questions, then provides the answers! Example: What is this? Then it defines it and/or links me to the corresponding IRS Publication so I know for sure if it applies to me or not. Makes everything so very easy. Quite user friendly!!!!!
What's great about it: Easy to navigate

The WAY to do your taxes

Turbo-Tax deluxe is easy, fast and worth every penny. I used to do my taxes by hand and it took days. With Turbo-Tax a couple hours over a few evenings and I'm done, and most of that time is taken up by me looking for my records not the program! Audit defense provides that extra peace of mind for a very reasonable additional cost.
What's great about it: Easy, fast, e-file included and audit defense available.

Turbo Tax prevails again! I have used this product for years, even when I had my own small business. It is great with Charitable Contributions, as to how it allows you to value any items donated to charities. I would not ever consider going to another similar product. The money that Turbo Tax saves me in accounting fees is totally worth the effort for those comfortable with basic accounting skills. My only disappointment this year is that Turbo Tax has eliminated the National Averages page that I liked because it let me know if my deductions were within the norm. That's the only thing I would want changed. Thanks again.
What's great about it: So easy to use, easy to go back and correct, reliable.
What's not so great: No longer shows tha national averages....I liked that.

Best Tax Program Ever!

The software is so easy to use. Tried using other software that was not user friendly. Love Turbo Tax's the 'show me" option or do it yourself. My favorite is the detail of the charitable donations list. I recommend using Turbo Tax to all my family and friends.

Names on File Menu

Why not? You used top display the names of any returns in process. Needed to back-up the files to an other storage file and could not get the second file's name to display.
What's great about it: All parts except the ease to open another file already partially processed
What's not so great: did not display the name of another person in the EDIT file.

Phew - saved me some dollars

TurboTax once again saved the day - time and money. Love the integration with it's deductible to easily manage donatioons and save time organizing, but found additonal savings on my state return that saved me an extra $200.00
What's great about it: Automatic import from previous years makes input so simple, all my previous year returns at my fingertips, deductions
What's not so great: Wish we could easily skip the video help and some of the "extras"
