I've been using Turbo Tax for over 7 years. Never had a problem. I've recommended this product to all my friends. I'm able to help family and friends file their taxes with ease. #1 supporter for Turbo Tax!!

I have been using TurboTax for years. Actually since the DOS version. It was actually a lot easier to use back then. You still really need to understand the concepts behind the income tax system, in order to really feel like you did it right.
What's great about it: Same look and feel as always. Step by step is pretty easy.
What's not so great: Now you have to pay extra for everything.

Deluxe Version: Completed and filed federal and two state returns with ease for 12 years and counting. I can't imagine navigating the income tax forms without Turbotax, thank you.

Easy to File

It is scary to do it at first but the outline is easy to understand and directs you through the process of each phase of filing.
What's great about it: Every step was clear and helpful
What's not so great: I wish I would have saved receipts to be able to claim more
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Been Using TurboTax for a Decade and NEVER Easier!

What can I say, but it's the BEST experience yet and I was never unhappy before :-D
What's great about it: Ask all the right questions; incl. All kinds of income to any investments. Never missed anything!
What's not so great: Can't think of one... Even e-Filing to New York State was FREE this year so I didn't have to print & mail anything!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments
