I have been using turbo tax for many years and I have not had any problems. Its easy to follow and I recommend it allmof the time to my friends and family.

I've used Turbo Tax for 12 years now. I appreciate the way TT leads me through the process. When there are new features or new circumstances, the help functions are great.

Made an impossible task very simple

Best tax software out there. Have used others but this was the best so far. Will have to use again next year

What's not so great: A bit long because some items did not refer to me
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

This product is still solid as a rock. Year in and year out when I have questions I wish TurboTax would quote chapter and verse from the tax forms and tax instructions one would find with the old school 'by hand' forms.
This year's problem for me. A weak explanation of why my IRA contribution was not fully deductible.

Excellent guide

I like the guide system and the ability to bypass things that do not apply to an individuals situation. This bypass makes it faster and simplifies the process. Someone did their homework, except for making so many external options like its deductible. That should have stayed as an internal program that make is less likely to make mistakes on the tax preparations. Although the information is still imported, it is taking away from the one program does it all process.
What's great about it: I liked the user friendly guide
What's not so great: Its deductible should have stayed as a part of TurboTax
