I owed taxes this year, but Turbo Tax helped me reduce my liability and plan for next year so this won't happen again.

Easy as pie!

Turbo Tax was easy to understand and helped me get the most out of my returns. The language was pretty straight forward and they simplified the tax laws so that everything went smoothly.
What's great about it: Was simple to complete and submit for the most returns.

Simple tax prep, satisfied with results

Overall very satisfied. Enjoy the fact that data is carried over from federal to state, and from year to year. Like the easy step by step instructions and the continuous improvements. There is however room for improvement in certain sections where the instructions are more vague.
What's great about it: Thorough and easy step by step instructions and improvements year over year
What's not so great: In a few sections the instructions seem vague or not as thorough as other sections. Leaves room for misinterpretation.

Step by step - easy to follow along

Is very easy - especially since I've used it previously, it automatically prompts me base on last years return. It fills in key information, but is also easy to make changes. I have not yet tried the feature to download key data.
What's great about it: Step by step. Options to be guided or jump to the area you are returning to. Questions help navigate new areas.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Best investment I ever made for taking uncertainty out of tax filing. Makes the ridiculous tax code simple!

Always a Pleasure

Doing my taxes use to be a two week ordeal that I dreaded. Since TurboTax, I actually look forward to it. Well, sort of, what I look forward to is just getting it over with, fast and easy.
What's great about it: ease of use
What's not so great: Just filing taxes in general
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

i have been using Turbo Tax for the last 5 or 6 years. I've also gotten my family using the tool as well. It's great!
What's great about it: guides you along, step by step, with laymen's terms
What's not so great: should show last year's results for every screen, not just end of category screen
