easy refund

Turbo tax was efficient, easy to use, and overall not costly. I will use this for years to come.
What's great about it: self explanatory, quick
What's not so great: had to pay for state refund
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

Better Than Last Year

The help that I used was easy to read. I was able to use the Quick Method for entering income and deductions easily. Better yet when I went back to review I didn't end up going in circles.
What's great about it: The continue pages on income and deductions seemed to flow much easier this year.
What's not so great: the ending still seems vague. Not sure what to print when and what to send.

Easy and Straight forward

I have used Turbo Tax since going to one of the "big box" tax companies and helping them do my taxes for me. Why pay them when I can do it myself.

Lousy material

Right at the end, will not let me file. Keeps recycling. Definite glitch that makes me not recommend the product.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: After getting paid, won't let me file. It needs to fix a lousy product.

Always easy to use

Tax preparation is not what we all look forward to when it comes around every year! Turbo Tax guides us through the process and makes it easy to access detailed answers to questions that come up while preparing a return. Thanks!

Finally got it to work

All went well this year, but when I tried to file electronically I could not get a PIN. I called IRS but it was too late in the evening. So I shut down and restarted TurboTax. When I entered in the search filed IP PIN (since last year my ID was stolen), I was taken to the fields that needed to be filled out after error check was run. Previously, error check did not take me to these fields. Once I got all the PIN in place it went through. Just an annoyance - lets hope I get my refund faster this year!!
What's great about it: In general the way the program takes you step by step
What's not so great: If something out of the ordinary is required, step by step does not pick it up

TURBO TAX IS A GREAT PRODUCT. I HAVE USED IT FOR MANY YEARS, IT IS SO EASY WHEN YOU CAN TRANSFER ALL YOUR INFO FROM THE LAST RETURN. IT SAVES A TON OF TIME AND KEYSTROKES.. THE QUESTIONS ARE EASILY UNDERSTOOD AND EVERYTHING FLOWS SO SMOOTHLY FROM ONE TOPIC TO ANOTHER THROUGH INCOME AND DEDUCTIONS.
What's great about it: PAINLESS
