Great product that anyone can use. It is simple and easy and walks you thorough step by step to get the maximum refund. I love using this tax software.
What's great about it: Walks you through step by step and asks you all the right questions to get the max return
What's not so great: Price - Would of liked it a little cheaper

I was always worried about making a mistake on preparing my taxes. With Turbo Tax there is no chance of that happening. It is easy and there is no way you can make a mistake. It even comes with an audit meter and the end of the filing so you can see if there is any risk. Turbo Tax is GREAT!

Turbo tax made doing my taxes easy! I especially like that the program double checks all information at the end!
What's great about it: Almost does it all for you!
What's not so great: Audit Protection Costs Extra
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy tax filing

Very good product. I have been using it for itemized deductions from past 5 years.
What's great about it: Easy, well guided step by step program, Explinations with examples, Audit support
What's not so great: Some explanations are quite confusing

Liked the extra menus with detailed information. Answered most of my questions right in the software. But when I needed more info i used the help, which was very helpful.
What's great about it: the extra information provided with detail. Also turbo tax community to answer questions.
What's not so great: Coming back to a return and having to go to the beginning not where I left off
Pros: I bought or sold investments
