I have been using turbo tax for several years, and I've never had a bad experience. So easy and simple to follow a child could do this! Why would anybody pay someone when it's this easy!

What's great about it: Super easy to understand and follow. Easy to go back and recheck items
What's not so great: None really--except state e-filing should be built into the price
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

I Use Turbo Tax Every Year!

I am a faithful Turbo Tax user. It's easy to follow and quick to get where I need to enter the information. Very few problems with the software. The Mortgage Assistance information was not included and no place provided to enter the information. Otherwise, very happy with it!
What's great about it: Very easy to use & understand
What's not so great: No place to claim Mortgage Assistance

Turbo Tax 2013

We have used Turbo Tax to complete our returns for over 10 years. I even used the FREE "Second Look" from a national tax service one year and they could find nothing wrong about my return that year (unfortunately). I wish there was a better explanation for data input into the actual forms as to where that figure came from during the interview portion of the software- and how some of the figures were calculated. Overall, I am satisfied with the results.
What's great about it: easy to use, widely available
What's not so great: Have to scroll to bottom for new entry. Uses input data to calculate a value & doesn't tell you where it came from

Too Easy with Big Results

This was too easy. Why didnt I use TT before? I've spent hours in previous years pouring over documents, etc. and getting confused.. TurboTax guides or rather glides you right thru the process. Thanks TurboTax!

Love Turbo Tax

Takes all the work out of having to remember all possible deductions, etc. They cover everything. I now look forward to doing my taxes.
