I have been using TurboTax for several years and don't know what I would do without it. It saves me money by not paying someone else to do my returns. It helps me to understand exactly what I'm doing, step by step.

Best Tax Software ever

I have used Turbo Tax for over 15 years. It is the best tax software available. Even someone without accounting or computer skills can prepare their taxes. I will always use Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Easy to use, quick, carry forward of prior year return
What's not so great: Never had a problem

In general this program made doing taxes easy. It flowed nicely.
it was set up for e-filing but at the very last minute, after paying a fee for state filing, it required an update and then after going through the process again, it needed a second update. It advised if problems continued, to mail the return as a resolution. It should do this sort of checking before taking my money, do the updates for both Fed and State at the same time. If you improve that, the program would be great!
I own my own an S-Corp, have a Mac computer. There was no Turbo-Tax software available for me to do my home and biz together with this configuration. Please make one for next year. Thanks!

Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Turbo Tax is easy

I like the interview style. I usually go step by step so as not to miss any opportunity to report something I may not have thought of. I also like the free e-file. Since I owe state taxes, I mail those in. Since I have used Turbo Tax for many years now, my information is transferred each year which saves time and allows for accuracy.
What's great about it: so easy to use. i like the interview style
What's not so great: can't think of anything
