Quick and easy

We use TurboTax for many years and never had any issues. This year was the first time my husband recieved SSA-1099 and RRB-1099 forms and I sold RSA shares given to me by my company as a part of the bonus. I had to spend hours and hours on-line trying to figure out how to properly file all of those new to me income items. There was very minimal information available; there was a statement that if I pay extra money I may get more information. All I needed to do is to understand where to enter all the amounts from 3 extra forms I got. I do not think it costs extra $30 in addition to the original cost of the product. I found all the information i needed from government forms and free information posted by CPA's on the internet, but I was disappointed that TurboTax did not have it available for me.
What's great about it: A lot of information and details

Still love it!

I have been using Turbo Tax for years. It gets better every year.
What's great about it: I always get money back!
What's not so great: IDK

I have been using TT for years, but this year was different. I thought I was ready to file, had paid, etc. It did one more check and told me one section had an error, after checking for errors. It said one section was incompatible for electronic filing, whatever that means. When I changed this section, and deleted the value, it decreased my refund. Before I could change it, poof! It sent my tax return out to the government! I just lost part of my refund. Luckily it was only $13, but still, it didn't explain why it did what it did. I may use another program next year.
What's great about it: Electronic filing
What's not so great: Can be difficult to use

I have used it for years. Like have the refund/due calculating all the time to see what different items do for your bottom line

What's not so great: takes awhile to find where you need to go back to

Another year without worries having TurboTax. It takes me through my return without any fear of entering something wrong and reminds me of things that I might have missed. This is a great product that everyone should use.
