Excellent and Easy to Use

It automatically does so much for you. It answers it's own questions lots of times based on information that you already entered... and the e-filing option is great. It's nice that you can stop and start it on you're own time--anytime you want.

the better part of taxing

been using for years was a little surprised by the price increase and the extra charges for filing the state refund esp. when using refund.. the product is great
What's great about it: pretty easy road to follow
What's not so great: charge for processing state return seems high if you use your refund

Overall I am a happy user of Turbotax since early 2000s. Saves me a lot of time and real headace.
What's great about it: It figures out my AMT and foreign tax credits
What's not so great: not many

Slow to learn retiree

Having all your documents/receipts and other support data in an organized fashion really helps thing to go much faster and easier.
What's great about it: quick and easy
What's not so great: intially had troubles listing dates for contributions, Turbo intially wouldn't accept my input.

My husband and I have used Turbo Tax for many years and it has maximized our returns and is very cost effective!
What's great about it: fast/accurate/convenient

Good Tax Product

I've used Turbo Tax for years, and I will continue to use it. I can do my taxes at my own pace and I don't have to pay someone to keep up with all the latest and greatest tax laws. Turbo Tax keeps up with those new laws for me. If I ever run into something I do not understand I can use the help menu, and if I still do not understand there is a community of users and experts that can help me.
What's great about it: Tax preparation made easy.
What's not so great: None, what you see is what you get.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
