disappointed that updates are not final sooner in tax cycle (anotherwards- before everyone files their returns)
What's great about it: auto updates
What's not so great: Cost of software and cost to efile state return.

I have been using Turbo tax for a lot of years. I am confidant that the return is done correctly and I can do it myself. I don't have to drag all my records to some office and even though I might not get every single deduction, I think I get most of them.
What's great about it: Easy to walk through all the steps
What's not so great: a lot of reterick

I have been using Turbo Tax for a number of years, it is reliable, easy to use, guides me through my tax trauma each year. Will keep using this product.
What's great about it: good tool, easy to work with
What's not so great: can get confusing on what is really needed for deductions

I love using Turbo Tax. I buy it as soon as it is available and start putting things in as they come in the mail. It makes it easier in the end. Everything gets saved and all the addition, subtraction, calculations are done for you.
What's great about it: The calculations are done for me
What's not so great: That it is not free to file your state return

I have used Turbo tax for about 20+ years and have never had an issue with it. Turbo tax is a great product and easy to use.

Handled Everything With Ease

Just finished with my 4th year of using TurboTax and all my questions were answered. I had a bit of trouble finding information about how to handle certain income situations but once I read the instructions again it made sense. I was very impressed with how it handled my home sale last year and how it caught errors I had made when inputting some information. Oddly enough, I can't wait to use it next year! Makes tax prep very easy.
What's great about it: No issues with my short sale or home office move
What's not so great: Had a bit of trouble finding information on CA Paid Family Leave
