i had a glitch and had to delete a llc and re-enter. it all worked out ok. the phone helper told me to delete my whole tax form...and start over. wow.
i did not. everything worked out ok.
What's great about it: easy to use.
What's not so great: when there's a glitch, you are stuck

We have been using TurboTax for over 10 years and have been EXTREMELY satisfied with the process and results.
What's great about it: ease of entry and continuity from prior years

Great Product, again.

We have been using Turbo Tax for the past 7 years, and this was the easiest version yet. We have recommended it to our kids and grandkids, and others where we used to work. The instructions are easy to follow, and I can't imagine anything that they have not covered.
What's great about it: Easier than ever to use.
What's not so great: I would like to have been able to print the page that showed the date and time that we efiled.

I have a moderately complex return but it's a breeze with Turbo Tax
What's great about it: Ease of use and familiarity as user for about 10 years
What's not so great: It prints federal return with state so there are 2 copies of fed

VERY HAPPY WITH TURBO TAX. I HAVE USED THIS PROGRAM FOR THE PAST 6 YEARS AND I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES. LOTS OF WAYS TO GET ANSWERS WHEN I HAVE QUESTIONS, WHETHER ON THE PHONE, IN THE FAQ SECTION, OR ONLINE.
What's great about it: VERY EASY
What's not so great: NO CONS
