USER FRIENDLY AUTOMATED TAX FILINGS

I USED TURBO TAX IN THE PAST; STOPPED USING IT AND WENT TO AN EXPENSIVE TAX PREPARER; CAME BACK TO TURBO TAX SINCE THERE WAS NO ADVANTAGE TO USING THAT TAX PREPARER.
What's great about it: WALKED ME THROUGH THE PROCESS
What's not so great: UNNECESSARY DUPLICATE PRINTOUT OF VOUCHERS

We have used Turbo Tax for several years and would not use
anything else. It is so easy and transfers your personal information from year to year. You put the figures from your 1099's and your deductions and the program does the calculating. It also verifys for any errors or alerts for audit.

Turbo Tax is like using a GPS on my car . Just let it lead you through the process.
What's great about it: Very easy to follow and get my taxes accurately and fast.
What's not so great: none.

Accuracy and details win

Turbo Tax is a wonderful product that helps this time-stressed professional accurately complete my taxes. I'm confident that all deductions have been researched and that the math is correct. Furthermore, the program remembers my favorite charities and addresses so I don't have to repeat the frantic search for them.
What's great about it: thorough; gives me many alternatives; remembers what I did last year

Great experience - again!

I've used Turbo Tax for over 10 years and can't imagine doing our taxes any other way. We have a fairly complicated return and this simplifies the process tremendously! I have great confidence in the accuracy of my return when prepared with Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Easy to follow - clear & concise
What's not so great: Harder to find particular item when switching between forms and step-by-step this year

I've used Tubro Tax for 8 years & it gets better each year. I do 7 family returns, and have never had a bad experience. The guidance is very helpful. I like the ability to go to the forms & the IRS publications very much.
What's great about it: Like the guidance throughout the preparation.
What's not so great: no bad experiences.
