I have been doing the income taxes for my entire family, for the last thirty years. This makes my life so much easier.
What's great about it: Takes all the guess work out, and does the math
What's not so great: no cons for me

This was the best tax system experience for me, I usually file my own, it's good to be out of the dark ages.

Used Turbo Tax since it came out. I would not attempt to do my taxes without it now.
What's great about it: No calculations, asks questions to guide you, remembers prior years
What's not so great: kind of pricey, some of the program I do not need but feel I paid for anyway
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Been using for years and overall still a good product. State information always seem to be light. Have to do state webfile for clarification.
What's great about it: Updated easily, good explanations
What's not so great: State form not as clear. Needed better gudience
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments
