Great program, been using it the past few years after trying others and this is the easiest by far! Really no complaint, GREAT customer service!!!
What's great about it: easy to use, GREAT customer service, always available
What's not so great: would like to see all fees up front
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

Got The Job Done

I have used TurboTax for 10 years and it has always done the job for me; delivered as promised and expected. Questions that come up have been easy to find answers to. Reviews of all forms and calculations are a great help.
What's great about it: Easy to use and made me comfortable with results
What's not so great: Would like free state filing; I file by mail.

Easy Filing Once Again

Have been using Turbo Tax for a few years now. The questions are stated in such a way, that anyone can follow them leaving no room for error. However, if you feel that you may have misinterpreted a question or given an inaccurate answer, they are many opportunities to correct or start over if need be. I find it very easy to follow and would high recommend it.
What's great about it: Precise questions regarding all subjects
