Turbo made Easy

I was skeptical about Using as I have always paid to have my done, but Turbo Tax was easy to use allowing me to file my own return. It was so easy and efficient that I also filed my daughter and nephew's tax returns as well!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have been using turbo tax for years. Although I am an CPA (audit side of the accounting), I have say I hate doing my own tax return. With turbo tax, it is so much easier. I filled my tax return and my several other friends' tax returns with no issues at all. A good bonus that the friendly customer service profession are always able to answer very technical questions we had.
I will be continue using turbo tax. It is a peace of mind.
What's great about it: easy use
What's not so great: carry previous year return problem

The highlight of my year?

This is the 5th year I've used Turbo Tax. I depend on it to make the process less painful.
What's great about it: Very easy to use
What's not so great: I think the state e-file costs are a bit high.

Turbo tax turns the complex tasks involved in the filing income taxes into a reasoned, complete, no-nonsense process that takes much of the complexity out without leaving the user confused/concerned about whether or not everything has been addressed.
What's great about it: Very detailed. Easy to use.

The audit check helps me know I have not made any errors, and it is very easy to complete.
What's great about it: It is very easy to complete

simple, easy to use

I have been using TurboTax for several years and have found it to be easy to use. It walks you through each section and offers suggestions or asks question if something does not seem correct. I will continue to use this easy, fast system to file my taxes for years to come.
