I thought this years turbo tax was much improved. It was easy to navigate and go back to check items if we wished.

I have used Turbo Tax for years. The software is easy to navigate. I like the references to IRS rules and publications to verify how to treat certain tax issues, and the capability to run a "what if" scenario and immediately see the results.
What's great about it: Good interview processs or easily go direct to a specific topic or direct to the specific line entry on the form.
What's not so great: For complex issues there are a lot of forms and work sheets to research to follow tax form entry logic

I found it easy to use and a better format/process than the tax program I had used in previous years. The navigation to a specific section was also easier than the previous program. Downloading of state was also easy. I don't know who dictates the cost of paying by credit card, but that seems exorbitant to pay 2.5% of the tax payment in order to use a credit card. Might want to explain if this charge comes from the Feds or the credit card, or from Turbo Tax. Overall I liked the program and will use again next year.
What's great about it: thorough, easy to navigate, forms easy to read, and instruction clear
What's not so great: had to wade through a lot of stuff that didn't pertain....until I realized I could select just the parts that I needed

I'm very accustomed to TurboTax as a frequent and experienced user. It's still difficult to maneuver around at times in the step by step mode. Also, additional cost for another additional state filing is very high (about the same cost as Fed plus initial state) and what I consider to be out of line.
What's great about it: Step by Step Guide & Access for Associated Forms
What's not so great: Cumbersome to maneuver around sometimes

I've been using Turbo Tax for many years. Like the walk through. It helps even though some things must be entered myself.
